Why doesn't my progress bar ever reach 100%?

This is very likely due to the fact that you have fuzzy matches or machine translation (MT) matches in your document that have not been edited. In order to move the progress bar, unedited fuzzy and unedited MT matches have to be "verified" using the Verify Segment icon under the Translation tab, its shortcut key, or by clicking on the green check mark in the far right column.
