Memsource .mxliff files are not directly supported by Wordfast Pro.
There is, however, an easy workaround: change the file extension from .mxliff to .xliff and you should be able to add it to a Wordfast Pro project.
Do not forget to change the target file's extension back from .xliff to .mxliff.
