In [[Wordfast Pro]] and [[Wordfast Anywhere]], the untranslatable attribute is applied to any hidden text. To mark pieces of text as hidden in MS Word, select it, go to "Font", and check "Hidden".

Any hidden text will not be visible in [[Wordfast Pro]] or [[Wordfast Anywhere]] after importing the file. However, it will remain as is (untranslated) in the target translated document.

To tell Wordfast Pro to ignore any pieces of text, they should be formatted as Hidden.

So, you can have a copy of your RTF file and apply a Find-Replace operation on the RTF file to replace tw4winExternal style with Hidden.

Find what: More > Format > Style > tw4winExternal
Replace with: More > Format > Font > Hidden (check)
