There are generally two cases when you would want to use the Split/Merge features available in QuickTools (under its Advanced tab) in Wordfast Pro:
- You receive a large file that needs to be split and worked on by multiple people at the same time.
- You use the Extract Uniques feature on multiple files to create a single file, then split it into parts (see case 1).
